Rose Dragon

If you love Chartreuse, and maybe even if you don't love Chartreuse, this one's for you:

1 1/2 oz. gin
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. Royal Rose Rose Syrup
1/2 oz. green Chartreuse
3 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake over ice and serve straight up.
