Brooklyn Farmacy

Brooklyn Farmacy & Soda Fountain now carries Royal Rose Syrups!  I don't know about you, but doesn't a strawberry egg cream sound REALLY good?  Read this description from the New York Times article that came out last week:

"....made with syrup from Long Island strawberries, fresh milk from the Hudson Valley that is mixed with ice (making it much colder than refrigerator temperature) and cold seltzer from the gooseneck taps that he keeps cranked up to the maximum pressure..."

I had a maple egg cream there last fall and it was outstanding.  They also make fresh sodas:

Another thing I love about Brooklyn Farmacy is the actual space, which has original 1920s shelves and a nice tin ceiling. They stock dozens of different local products, such as jams by Anarchy in a Jar, Ricks Picks, and Early Bird granola--and now Royal Rose Syrups!
