Raspberry Sunrise Smoothie

This smoothie is delicious!  I usually make mine with rice or almond milk, but I was out this morning, so I used organic lowfat milk.  The lavender-lemon syrup is very subtle in this recipe.

1/2 cup frozen raspberries
3/4 cup milk (lowfat, whole, rice, almond, etc.)
2 teaspoons Royal Rose Lavender-Lemon Syrup, or more or less to taste

By the time I thought to take a picture, there was hardly any left.
