Strawberry-fennel syrup gives this fizz a lovely pink color.
1 1/2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. Royal Rose Strawberry-Fennel Syrup (coming soon!)
1 egg white
Dry shake ingredients for about one minute, or until you just have to take a break. Add ice. Shake for another minute. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
