2 tablespoons culinary lavender
3 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. Royal Rose Lavender-Lemon Syrup
Combine vodka, Royal Rose Lavender-Lemon Syrup, and lemon juice over ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with 2 tablespoons of lavender water (see below for recipe). Garnish with a lavender sprig and enjoy!
To make the lavender water: put culinary lavender in a teacup or mug and cover with 1 cup of boiling water. Let stand for 5 minutes; strain out lavender and let cool.
