Tamarind Sour

I love tamarind, and I love this drink.  The bourbon is creamy and adds elements of vanilla, the lemon is bright and tart, the tamarind is sweet and tangy, and the bitters bring it all together.

2 1/4 oz. bourbon
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. Royal Rose Tamarind Syrup
Dash of Angostura bitters
Lemon wedge

Combine ingredients in a Boston shaker, shake, serve on the rocks and garnish with a lemon wedge.  Enjoy!
