Royal Irish Guard

James Bumbery at Pour in Mt. Kisco designed this one. 

2 oz. Pimms No. 1
3/4 oz. Royal Rose Cardamom-Clove Syrup
1/2 oz. Domaine de Canton
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 dashes grapefruit bitters

Shake ingredients over ice.  Serve straight up in a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
