Blueberries and Plums

Wow. Yesterday Forrest and I spent hours pitting and chopping plums, zesting oranges, and toasting walnuts for our single run Autumn Plum syrup.  I can't wait to share it.  We used a blend of local, organic plums--Elephant Heart and Black Friar--to achieve the right color and flavor.  Plus, how great are those names? 

Also stay tuned for Royal Rose Blueberry Syrup, another single run syrup made with organic, local blueberries from Pulaski, NY.  Only a very limited number of these syrups will be available.  Buy them online starting September 1!
