This very pretty red punch was a hit at the tasting yesterday at By Brooklyn. This recipe makes a full punch bowl--great for a party.
8 oz. (1 bottle) Royal Rose Lavender-Lemon Syrup
8 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 pint raspberry sorbet
3-4 sprigs rosemary, bruised (roll them between your hands)
10 (more or less) slices of lemon
1 liter soda water
Gin (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl. Enjoy!
