3 oz. Irish whiskey
1/2 oz. Royal Rose Cardamom-Clove Syrup
1 egg white
freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish
Dry shake whiskey, egg white, and Cardamom-Clove syrup for 1 minute. Add ice and shake for another minute or more. Serve straight up or on the rocks with a sprinkling of freshly grated nutmeg.
